Who we are

99TAILFOXES offers tarot and oracle readings, spellwork, rituals, spelled oils and spelled jewellery. This policy explains what personal information is collected when you use this site or place an order, why it is collected, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Order details: your name, email address, delivery address and contact number, and any notes, questions or details you give about your situation, including details about other people where you choose to share them.

Spellwork details: for workings that require them, your date and place of birth, and photographs you choose to upload to support the working.

Payment information: payments by card are handled by our payment processor, and payments by PayNow or Wise are made directly through your bank. Full card or bank details are never stored on this site; we only see confirmation that a payment succeeded and its reference.

Newsletter and Fortune Wheel: your email address, if you subscribe or spin the wheel, together with which prize code was issued.

Technical information: pages visited and errors, recorded by our hosting provider, plus small pieces of data stored in your browser such as your cart, currency choice and whether you have already dismissed a popup.

Why we use it

To prepare and deliver your reading, spell, ritual or parcel; to answer your messages; to verify and reconcile payments; to send order updates and, if you have opted in, occasional emails about new workings.

Sensitive details you share about your situation are used only to carry out the working you ordered. They are never published, sold or shared for marketing.

Who we share it with

Only what is necessary to run the shop: our payment processor for card payments, our email provider for order receipts and newsletters, and our website hosting and database provider. Each is bound by its own privacy and security commitments.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.

How long we keep it

Order and delivery records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet accounting and tax obligations. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Uploaded photographs are kept only as long as needed for the working they support.

Cookies and local storage

This site uses your browser’s local storage to remember your cart, applied promo code, chosen currency and dismissed popups. It does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in the footer of that email, or by writing to contact@99tailfoxes.com. You may also ask to see the personal information held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where we are not required to keep it.

Some records, such as completed order records, must be retained for accounting and dispute purposes even after a deletion request.

Confidentiality and minors

Everything you share about yourself and your situation is treated as confidential. This site is intended for adults; orders should not be placed by anyone under 18.

Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
