By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or place an order.

This site is offered to adults. By ordering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

What we offer

99TAILFOXES provides tarot and oracle readings, spellwork, rituals, spelled oils and spelled jewellery. Each listing describes the intention, contents and any information required from you before the working begins.

Our services are spiritual and are offered for personal guidance and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for professional help. You remain responsible for the decisions you make.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in Singapore dollars and may change at any time, though the price shown when you order is the price you pay. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider; PayNow and Wise transfers are verified manually before an order is marked active.

Orders are only accepted once payment has been received and confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order where a working is not appropriate, where details supplied are incomplete, or where an order appears fraudulent. All purchases are final: no returns, no refunds and no exchanges.

Your part

Please give accurate details, including names and dates where required, and respond to any follow-up question needed to complete the working. Workings that cannot proceed because required details are missing may be paused, and timeframes run from the point the missing details arrive.

We will not accept requests intended to harm another person, target a minor, or interfere with a legal or medical matter. Such orders are cancelled.

Outcomes

Spiritual work is a collaboration, and no outcome can be promised or guaranteed. What is promised is the work itself: that the working described in the listing is prepared and performed with care, within the timeframe stated, and that you receive a written account of it.

Timings given for readings, spells and rituals are good-faith estimates. If a working is delayed, you will be told.

Payments, cancellations and refunds

All sales are final. Orders cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, cancelled or modified once placed, for any reason. Full details are on the Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.

Your details and content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and photographs you send, and for having the right to share them. Information you share is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

All text, imagery and spellwork descriptions on this site belong to 99TAILFOXES and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for choices made in reliance on a reading or working.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Singapore.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
