No returns. No refunds. No exchanges.

All sales are final once purchased. Nothing on this site may be returned, refunded, exchanged, replaced, cancelled or modified after an order is placed.

This is unconditional and applies to everything offered here: readings, spells, rituals, spelled oils, spelled jewellery, bespoke workings and monthly ritual subscriptions, whether or not the order has been performed, completed or dispatched.

Why orders cannot be refunded

Spellwork is not a manufactured product that can be resold. Once a working is begun, materials are consumed, time is reserved and the intention is cast specifically for you. Readings and rituals reserve a dedicated slot in my practice.

Please read every listing carefully, including the intention, contents and any requirements, and reach out before ordering if you are unsure which working suits your situation.

Choosing the right working

If you are unsure, message me before you buy. I am happy to point you to the right spell or reading, or to tell you honestly if a working is not a good fit. Advice given before an order is placed is free and carries no obligation.

My guidance is not a guarantee of a particular outcome, and a refund cannot be issued because a working did not produce the result you hoped for.

Damaged parcels

Physical items are packed with care and photographed before dispatch. Transit damage does not make an order returnable, refundable or exchangeable, and no replacement is issued.

You may still report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and its contents so I can raise it with the carrier, but this does not entitle you to a return, refund, exchange or replacement.

Readings, spells and rituals — delivery

Readings are delivered in writing, to the email address or messaging channel recorded on your order, within the timeframe stated on the listing. Spells and rituals are performed within their stated window, and you receive a written account and any photographs once the working is complete.

If more than the stated timeframe has passed and you have received nothing, contact me with your order number and I will investigate and complete the delivery.

Subscription rituals

Monthly ritual subscriptions are billed for the full committed term and cannot be cancelled or refunded partway through. Unused slots reset each month and do not carry over, accumulate or convert to credit.

Failed, cancelled or disputed payments

Orders remain pending until payment is received and verified. Orders that are unpaid after the stated window are cancelled. Manual transfers that do not match an order are held until you contact me with proof of payment.
